Professionally, an MD Medical Microbiologist, Dr Sengupta has been associated with Thyrocare Technologies Ltd since April 2004. He currently holds the chair of the Vice President – Operations. During his long tenure of nearing 2 decades, he has remained in-charge of laboratory operations as well as franchisee network operations. Currently, apart from being the overall in-charge of laboratory quality assurance, he is involved in strategic planning, business development and business administration at Thyrocare. He is also a passionate and renowned wildlife photographer.

Dr Prachi Sinkar

Dr Sinkar is a techno-commercial Pathologist with over a decade of clinical expertise in the healthcare industry, particularly in diagnostics. She is a Medical Laboratory Director of CAP (College of American Pathologists) at Thyrocare and an authorised NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) signatory for majority of the subspecialties of pathology. She currently heads Thyromart – a vertical of Thyrocare into POCT and Rapid testing solutions for healthcare markets with digitally aided nation-wide services. Recently, she ventured into the Hospital Business division of Thyrocare catering to core clinical needs of hospitals as well as patients with round-the-clock services. Given her technical expertise, she plays an important role in drawing strategies for the organisation for its business needs. Apart from being a practicing pathologist, she is a passionate freelance medical writer with keen interest in training & skilling the healthcare sector. Having a personal inclination towards research, she has >25 publications in international journals of repute.
Dr Kuldeep Singh Bhadauria

An MD Pathologist, Dr Bhadauria possesses over 5 years of experience in laboratory diagnostics. He has been associated with Thyrocare Technologies Ltd as the Head – Quality Assurance & Control at the Central Processing Laboratory at Navi Mumbai. He is a certified internal auditor for the NABL and CAP. His research interests include applications of Artificial Intelligence and Automation in the field of laboratory medicine. Dr Bhadauria has worked on projects for development of AI-augmented cervical smear reporting.
Dr Chaitali Nikam
Head - Infectious Diseases,

A Ph.D. in Applied Biology, Dr Nikam possesses 18 years of rich experience in academic and laboratory domain. She is currently working as the Head – Infectious Diseases at Thyrocare. Dr Nikam refines protocols for the laboratory diagnosis of infectious diseases by cutting-edge technologies, along with designing and development of infectious diseases laboratories according to guidelines.
Her doctoral work has contributed to chip-based development of NAAT (approved by the World Health Organization), TrueNAT to track diagnosis of Tuberculosis with a point-of-care approach. She completed ‘The Advanced TB Diagnostics Research Course’ for Infectious Diseases and Global Health at McGill University, Canada. She pursued online certification courses from Harvardx and is pursuing MPH (executive) from IIHMR, Jaipur. Her achievements are as follows:

Dr Sachin Patil

Dr Patil is an MD Pathologist and has been associated with Thyrocare Technologies Ltd since May 2021. He holds the position of a Consultant in Quality Assurance & Control Dept in the Central Processing Lab at Navi Mumbai. Coming with 5 years of experience in laboratory diagnostics, his wide research interests include haematology and immunology. He has worked on evaluating the disseminated epithelial cancers in autopsied cases of malignancy in adults.

A postgraduate diploma holder in Clinical Research (PGDCR) and Human Resource Management, Dr Khudkhudia has 5+ years of experience in clinical research operations and pharmacovigilance along with her strong clinical expertise. She comes with a good understanding of clinical research operations as well as healthcare documentation. She also possesses 7+ years of experience in training & development and has a knack for being able to speak to both decision-makers and junior staff in a tactful and sensitive manner.
